My range of treatments

Every person is unique – just like their path to health. Discover the many ways in which I can accompany you on this path.

Manual medicine / chirotherapy - healing with the hands

Manual medicine, also known as chirotherapy, is a tried-and-tested treatment method in which targeted hand movements are used to resolve functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This therapy is based on the interplay of experience, sensitivity and biomechanical knowledge.
Gentle – precise – effective.

Typical areas of application:

  • Back pain and blockages of the spine
Restricted movement or misalignment of joints
  • Tension and muscular imbalances
  • Complaints following sports injuries or accidents
  • Irritation due to incorrect strain in everyday life or at work

Acupuncture - healing impulses along the meridians

In acupuncture, fine, almost painless needles are placed at precisely defined points on the body. These points are connected to specific organ and functional circuits. By stimulating these points, the body can be supported in reducing tension, alleviating pain and activating internal regulatory processes.

The method is tried and tested, well tolerated and suitable for both acute complaints and as part of long-term therapy concepts. Acupuncture is also a useful complement to orthopaedic and physiotherapeutic forms of treatment.

Typical areas of application:

  • Pain of the musculoskeletal system, e.g. back, neck or knee pain
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Tension and functional disorders without a clear organic cause
  • Sleep disorders, inner restlessness or stress-related complaints
Accompanying chronic illnesses or for regeneration after injuries
  • Menstrual cramps, digestive problems or vegetative imbalances

Laser and shock wave therapy - targeted impulses for healing and pain relief

Laser therapy and shock wave therapy are modern, non-invasive forms of treatment that are used specifically in orthopaedics and pain therapy. Both methods stimulate the body’s natural self-healing powers – gently, effectively and without surgical intervention.

Laser therapy uses focussed light to penetrate deep into the tissue. It activates metabolic processes at cellular level, promotes blood circulation, alleviates inflammation and supports the regeneration of damaged structures.

Shock wave therapy works with high-energy sound waves that penetrate deeper tissue. They loosen calcifications, promote blood circulation and activate targeted healing processes – especially in the case of chronic pain or persistent irritation.

Both methods can be used individually or in combination – customised to your symptoms and therapy goals.

Typical areas of application:

  • Tendon and ligament injuries (e.g. tennis elbow, Achilles tendon irritation)
  • Heel spurs and plantar fasciitis
  • Shoulder complaints (e.g. calcific shoulder)
    Muscular tension and trigger points
  • Chronic pain after overloading or incorrect loading
  • Delayed healing after injuries

Osteopathy - Finding causes. Release blockages. Heal naturally

Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy that views the body as a functional unit. Instead of just treating symptoms, it looks specifically for the causes of complaints – often in other areas of the body than initially suspected. We use trained hands to detect blockages, tension or restricted movement and release them using targeted, sensitive techniques.

The aim is to restore the body’s own balance and activate its natural self-healing powers – without any medication or invasive interventions.

Osteopathy can be used independently or as a complement to other forms of therapy – always individually tailored to your personal needs.

Typical areas of application:

  • Pain and restricted movement in the back, neck, shoulders or joints
    Headaches and migraines
  • Digestive problems and functional complaints without a clear organic cause
  • Complaints following operations or accidents (e.g. scarring, restricted movement)
  • Stress-related tension and exhaustion

Targeted injection therapy - noticeable relief through targeted impulses

Targeted injection therapy enables direct and effective treatment of pain and inflammation – exactly where it arises. By injecting anti-inflammatory or pain-relieving medication into the affected area, the effect can occur locally and quickly without affecting the whole body. It is an effective measure to specifically alleviate pain and improve mobility.

Depending on the symptoms, injections are made into joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments or near nerve roots.

Typical areas of application:

  • Osteoarthritis of large and small joints
Painful muscle tension (e.g. in the neck or lumbar region)
  • Nerve irritation (e.g. sciatica, nerve root irritation)
  • Tendon and ligament inflammation (e.g. tennis elbow, Achilles tendon irritation)
  • Inflammatory joint changes due to overuse or chronic illnesses

Longevity medicine (anti-ageing) - future medicine for a healthy tomorrow

Longevity medicine aims to positively influence the natural ageing process, reduce the risk of age-related illnesses and maintain physical and mental performance for as long as possible. It combines modern medicine with preventive thinking – individualised, holistic and scientifically sound.

Longevity medicine doesn’t just mean living longer – it means living better. With more vigour, clarity and joie de vivre.

Typical fields of application:

  • Early detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders and hormonal imbalances
  • Maintaining mental performance and concentration
  • Strengthening the immune system and resistance
  • Improving sleep, energy levels and stress resistance
  • Regeneration after illness or chronic exhaustion
  • Support with health reorientation – for example in midlife or in old age
